Store-bought cheesecake gets a bold twist with bourbon and honey flavours. Heat 1 cup of packed light brown sugar, 1/2 cup of butter and 3 tablespoons each of heavy cream and honey bourbon (or your favourite bourbon plus 1 teaspoon of honey) over low heat in small pan until sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over slices of cheesecake before serving.
