Smoked brisket and blue cheese cracker appetizers
Smoky and savoury + sweet and simple = Shannon's crazy good cheese and cracker appetizers! In this easy recipe, Shannon tops Ritz crackers with bottled BBQ sauce, smoked beef brisket, smoked blue cheese and a drizzle of honey to create bite-size appetizers packed with big flavour. Simply delish!

Ingredients
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- 1 bottle your favourite barbecue sauce (preferably spicy)
- ½ lb. smoked beef brisket from your grocery deli counter, torn into bite-size pieces
- 4 to 8 oz. smoked blue cheese, crumbled or sliced
- Honey
Directions
- Layer each cracker with barbecue sauce, brisket and smoked blue cheese.
- Top with a drop of honey.
